Kay is simply incredible, she deserves more than 5 stars. We have had the opportunity to work with Kay on a few occasions however, she recently helped us with one of the most important transactions. We needed to sell our property and purchase a new one to move into. Given the current market, we thought that we would have to live in temporary living while we found a new property. Kay was very empathetic and listened to our concerns and had the perfect strategy to ensure a smooth transaction. She helped us stage our home, market the property extensively, and worked around our schedule to view available properties. We were happy to receive a great offer the same weekend that our house went on the market. At this point we really needed to find a new home and Kay not only put her focus on finding us a place but also went out of her way to help us find alternative living arrangements in case we needed it. We put a couple of offers that were not accepted since we had the contingency of our house selling but somehow Kay made the impossible possible. Kay found a property that was not yet on the market and met all of our wants and needs. We were able to put an offer on the house and based on Kay’s experience and reputation, the seller’s realtor trusted that our offer was strong regardless of the contingency. Our offer was accepted and we were able to move into our new place 1 day before the sale of our house closed. We know that this transaction would not have been possible without Kay, we would probably have resorted to temporary housing and still be looking for a property to buy. Whether you are buying, selling, or both, Kay is definitely the perfect realtor to work with.
