First, I must say that I love my job! I have been actively selling residential real estate since 1993. I work with buyers who are looking for their next home to purchase and sellers wishing to maximize their return on investment.
Many of the buyers I work with are relocating to the Bay Area from out of state by their employers. I am the preferred REALTOR of several local employers. Prior to selling homes, I worked in corporate relocation handling all aspects of corporate executives' moves from the acquisition and sale of their property, to helping them identify the best new location to search for a home.
For sellers, it is my job to help "merchandise" their home so it appeals to the majority of buyers in their price range. Since I work with buyers too, I am tuned in to what most buyers expect and prefer in a home.
My clients appreciate my honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I work very hard for my clients which has resulted in many repeat clients and referrals of their friends and family. Finding the 'right' home for my clients is much more important to me than making a sale.
